This guide explains how to invite users to HubSpot using the CloudFiles widget. It also covers how to manage license assignments, whether automatic or manual.

First, install the CloudFiles widget and then finish your Automation Setup. 

, when users click on the "Add" button or access any attachment, they will automatically be registered as user. The steps are shown below:



If you have free licenses available, these will be assigned automatically. However, if you do not have free licenses, you will need to assign them manually by going to the Team page.
