What are Automation Credits?
Automation credits are units used to measure the execution of CloudFiles Workflow Actions . One credit is used each time you perform a flowaction.
For instance, if your workflow includes four flowactions, running the workflow once will use up four credits. Every execution of a flowaction consumes one credit, and unused credits do not carry over to the next period.
The number of automation credits varies based on your subscription plan. Automation credits increase with each level: Pro, Business, and then Enterprise licenses. To know about the number of automation credits included in each plan you can visit the HubSpot Marketplace.
Here’s an example to illustrate how automation credits are used: For example, if you have a Pro license with 10 users and each user receives 100 automation credits per month, your total for the month is 1,000 credits. As the admin, if you run a workflow that uses 10 CloudFiles flowactions for the first time, 10 credits will be consumed during this execution. After running the workflow, you will have 990 credits remaining for the month.
In summary, automation credits are used to track the execution of flowactions in your workflows. The amount of credits you have depends on your subscription plan, and they are used according to the number of flowactions performed.
