# What is an Integration/System user?

An Integration User is the account connection that links your HubSpot account with your CloudFiles account, allowing CloudFiles to perform actions within HubSpot.

An Integration User is the account connection that links your HubSpot account with your CloudFiles account. In CloudFiles documentation, the term Integration User may also refer to a system user who performs actions between HubSpot and CloudFiles.This connection allows CloudFiles to perform actions within your HubSpot environment, such as fetching values from HubSpot fields or updating properties on HubSpot records.

## How to set up an Integration User

Follow these steps to connect your HubSpot account with CloudFiles:

- Select the product you are using (Document Sharing or Document Generation).
- Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the left-hand sidebar, select Account.
- In the HubSpot Integration section, connect your HubSpot CRM.

Once the connection is completed, CloudFiles will be able to execute workflow actions and other automations in HubSpot.

> **Note** — Connecting your HubSpot CRM is a mandatory step during the initial setup of CloudFiles.
