Manage admin features via HubSpot

Learn to manage users, accounts and admin features of CloudFiles from inside HubSpot

CloudFiles has two types of profiles : user and admin. User accounts can upload files, share links and view analytics. The admin is a super account that can add or delete users, change license authority and add app integrations along with the authorities of a user account.

The admin features of CloudFiles can be accessed via CloudFiles’ independent app. 

To go to CloudFiles, from HubSpot, go to any of the CloudFiles widget present in Company, deal, record or contact and then click on the CloudFiles button. This will take you to the CloudFiles independent website where you can access all the admin features.
