# Installing from the Salesforce AppExchange

CloudFiles Document Generation is available to install from the Salesforce AppExchange.

CloudFiles Document Generation | Create & Manage PDF, Word & more  is available to install from the Salesforce AppExchange.

> **Prerequisite** — You must have System Administrator credentials to install an application from the AppExchange.

## Installation Steps

- Go to the CloudFiles Document Generation | Create & Manage PDF, Word & more  listing on the Salesforce App Exchange, and click on "Get It Now".

- Log in to the AppExchange.
- Specify where you want to install
- Click Install in production to install in your production instance.
- Click Install in sandbox to install in a sandbox.

- Confirm the Installation Details
- Check "I have read and agree to terms and conditions"
- Click "Confirm and Install"

- This redirects you to Salesforce login page to continue the installation.
- Choose who to install CloudFiles for, Select "Install for Admins Only".

- Don't worry, all your users will be able to access CloudFiles. We select this option to better control the permissions for all users.
- Approve Third-Party Access
- Check "Yes, grant access to these third-party websites"
- Click "Continue"

- Read Why are various third party accesses asked during installation for information.
- The App may sometimes take long time to install, click "Done". You will recieve an email after the installation is completed.

> **Post Installation** — After installing, you must finish the steps listed in Configuration based on your business use case.
