Set password protection on link

CloudFiles can help create password protected links for any type of files, folders, datarooms or even web URLs. When enabled, your files can only be viewed by people having the secret password. This security features enables businesses to protect their files from prying eyes. This password can also be updated and removed on the fly or even added after the link has already been sent.
To enable password protection for your links follow the steps:
- Access the CloudFiles Content Library. Click on any file to access it's link settings. Click on the respective link of the file you wish to protect with a password.
- In the security settings simply select the protect with a password setting. Enter the password you wish to protect your link with and choose save.
These steps are shown in the graphic below.
Once the password setting has been applied, users will have to enter this password in order to access the document. This is shown below -
