Navigate to the Workflows Section
Navigate to "Workflows" and select the specific workflow and click "Edit actions".

Check for Errors in the Workflow
From the top right corner, access Enroll > View Enrollments to see affected records. Within the list, hover on a record that is showing an issue and click on the "Enrollment details" button to view the execution history of actions.

Review and Report Errors
Errors will be marked with red dots and labelled as "Error". Scroll down to the first action that is showing an error and expand the logs. Click on the error, copy the Error log/Server response, and send it to us for debugging assistance.

Send us these logs. With these, we will be quickly able to figure out the issue.
