How to get the folder, drive, site ID etc... required for automations?

In this article, we will explain how to get the drive ID, folder ID, folder path or a file path for HubSpot users. These are generally required for automations related to HubSpot workflows.

For HubSpot users, first go into the CloudFiles native app to access these parameters. You can either login into https://app.cloudfiles.io or use the simple steps below to go to the native app directly from HubSpot.

Once you are in the native app, you can simply go to the desired folder or file and view the metadata info on the right side.

Drive ID may be needed when selecting Library as Google Drive or SharePoint. Folder ID is usually needed when setting a root folder for optimization in various actions. File and folder paths are often needed for creating & maintaining desired hierarchies from HubSpot workflows.
