Steps for Inviting Users
Step 1: Log in to CloudFiles
- Open https://hubspot.cloudfiles.io/ and sign in with your credentials.
Step 2: Open License Management
- Click the gear icon at the top-right corner. From the settings panel on the left, select License Management.
Step 3: Choose Your Product
- Select the CloudFiles product you are using, such as Document Management, Document Sharing or Document Generation. You will now see the list of users along with their email, role and license status.
Step 4: Invite a New User
- Click the Invite User button above the table. A dialogue box will open where you can choose New Invites. Enter the email address of the user you want to add and select the role you want to assign.
Step 5: Send the Invitation
- Click Send Invite. The user will receive an email with instructions to join the CloudFiles app.
