What This Action Does
The Unassign User Licenses action automates the process of removing CloudFiles product licenses from specified users.
For instance, when a user leaves the organization or is deactivated, the Unassign User Licenses action can automatically revoke their CloudFiles license, freeing it up for reassignment.
Input Parameters
Here are the required input parameters for the Unassign User Licenses action:
Product Name
- Description: The name of the CloudFiles product from which the license is being unassigned.
- Valid Values:
- document-management
- document-generation
- document-ai
- Default Value: If no input is provided, document-management is used by default.
User Ids
User IDs
- Description: A Text Collection of Salesforce User IDs for the users from whom the licenses will be unassigned.
- How to Use: Configure a Text Collection of Salesforce User IDs, even if used for a single User.
This accepts only a Text Collection variable.
Output Parameters
The Unassign User Licenses action provides the following outputs:

Licenses Remaining
The count of licenses available for reassignment after the action is executed.
Total Licenses
The total number of licenses owned by the organization, including both assigned and unassigned licenses.
