Using a service account
connect your cloud storage to salesforce connect your external cloud storage service account to your salesforce org utilizing the setup page in cloudfiles app by clicking on the external storage of choice and log into your service account for detailed steps, follow automations accessing the content library once the setup is complete, you can access the connected library from within salesforce using the "content library" tab of the cloudfiles app from the cloudfiles content library tab, the service account (admin) user can explore any supported external storage and get metadata values for files & folders to be used in flow actions and apex sharing with public groups from the content library interface the service account (admin) user can share any of the resources from the connected library to make them accesible to a specific salesforce public group users to share any resource, simply click on the dropdown icon in far right on the item row click "share" in the sharing window pop up you can search and select the public group with whom you wish to share the access with this adds up the selected group to the "who can access" list you can view and manage the "who can access" list from the sharing window itself switching between accounts from the content library interface the service account (admin) user can switch between the service account and user account by clicking the gear icon against the library and selecting the perspective
