Accessing the analytics section
The CloudFiles analytics section is your gateway to know your file engagement metrics. The metrics available in the CloudFiles analytics section are: Total Views, Unique Views, Downloads, Total Time & Page-wise time spent.
In this article we will discuss how to access the CloudFiles analytics section and the various things available in the CloudFiles analytics section.
The analytics section can be seen on the link details page. You can go to the link details page either by navigating through the content library or by using the Analytics Dashboard.
To access the analytics section in the CloudFiles native app, click on any link from the CloudFiles content library then choose analytics. This will take you to the analytics screen.
You can also navigate to the link settings quickly from the analytics dashboard. This dashboard shows your most recently viewed links. The analytics dashboard is shown in the graphic below.
