CloudFiles provides powerful automations deeply integrated inside HubSpot and Salesforce. These actions can update your records, create folders and datarooms automatically, update link settings etc.
CloudFiles provides a number of Workflow Actions & Workflow Triggers & Filters to automate things in HubSpot. These relate to files, folders, datarooms, link settings, attachments. The triggers belong to file views, link creation etc. Essentially, it has powerful file automation capabilities. Common use cases include: allowing users to upload file into secure cloud servers, updating records when files are viewed, sending follow-up emails based on file view time etc.

These take advantage of APEX functions and flow based customizations available in the Salesforce ecosystem. The CloudFiles' Salesforce integration, can bypass Salesforce governor limits and mitigate storage costs. In addition to the Flow Actions (3) provided in the CloudFiles HubSpot integration, here, you can find Flow Templates (2) which will significantly reduce your implementation efforts.

CloudFiles provides API access to Enterprise customers for custom needs. Using CloudFiles APIs, you can get data for your custom dashboarding needs and enable some file based automations for your file library.

There are limitations on the number of actions that can be performed per user per month based on your license
- Pro : 100 actions/user/month
- Business : 250 actions/user/month
- Enterprise : Custom
These limitations are on an organization level, thus, it will be counted on an cumulative basis. For example, if you're on the business license with 5 licenses, you can run 300*5 = 1500 actions every month.
