Connect Your CRM With CloudFiles
Connecting your CRM with CloudFiles can provide a smooth integration solution for both HubSpot and Salesforce CRM platforms, providing businesses with secure file sharing and enhanced analytics capabilities.
In this article, we'll explore the steps required for integrating CloudFiles with CRM platforms, both Salesforce and HubSpot.
To begin, log in as a Salesforce Admin and access the CloudFiles listing on the Salesforce App Exchange. Click 'Get It Now' and follow the prompts for installation in either production or sandbox environments. During installation, choose 'Install for Admins Only' to manage permissions efficiently and approve third-party access for a smooth setup. Complete the installation by clicking on Next.
CloudFiles provides 3 pre-packaged permission sets: Admin User for comprehensive access, Standard User for non-admin tasks, and External User for community users. Ensure your Salesforce user has Admin permission by navigating to Setup > Permission Sets, selecting CloudFiles Admin User, managing assignments, and adding users as needed.
