CloudFiles is built for being the external file sharing service for your entire team. However, with a greater number of files and team size, comes difficulty in managing everything seamlessly. Hence, file organization on your part becomes very important. So, let's learn to work with multiple CloudFiles accounts

Signing to a CloudFiles Account

If you have multiple accounts within CloudFiles, follow the upcoming steps to work with them seamlessly -

  1. Sign in to CloudFiles using your email ID
  2. Choose the account you wish to work with on the next screen.

Switching CloudFiles Account

If you are already signed into a CloudFiles Account and wish to switch to another account, you have to sign out from the particular CloudFiles account and follow the steps mentioned above.

Creating a New Account

In order to create a new account, go to the CloudFiles signup page at https://app.cloudfiles.io/signup and sign up using your existing email. On the account selection screen that was shown in the GIF above, a button to create a new account will appear. Create a new account and set up the name and other properties to work with it.

Setting Account Name

Sign in to the CloudFiles account where you are the Admin. Go to Settings and then choose account, select Edit and update the name of your CloudFiles account.
