What is an Integration/System user?

An integration user has login credentials connected to the CRMs, Cloud Libraries and various storage platforms within the CloudFiles web app. These credentials are entered and managed in the "Integrations" tab found in the "Settings" section of the application. Hence, the user is called an integration user. The term 'integration user' is also used to refer to automation and system users.

How to set up an Integration User?

Follow these steps to connect with an integration user:

  1. Click on the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select the "Integrations" tab from the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Connect your HubSpot CRM and your preferred cloud storage service.
