Installing from the Salesforce AppExchange

CloudFiles | Document Management & Sharing Platform is available to install from the Salesforce AppExchange.

Prerequisites

  • You must have System Administrator credentials to install an application from the AppExchange.


Installation Steps

Go to the CloudFiles | Document Management & Sharing Platform listing on the Salesforce App Exchange, and click on "Get It Now".

Log in to the AppExchange.

Specify where you want to install

  • Click Install in production to install in your production instance.
  • Click Install in sandbox to install in a sandbox.

Confirm the Installation Details

  • Check "I have read and agree to terms and conditions"
  • Click "Confirm and Install"

This redirects you to Salesforce login page to continue the installation.

Choose who to install CloudFiles for, Select "Install for Admins Only".

Don't worry, all your users will be able to access CloudFiles. We select this option to better control the permissions for all users.

Approve Third-Party Access

  • Check "Yes, grant access to these third-party websites"
  • Click "Continue"

The App may sometimes take long time to install, jclick "Done". You will recieve an email after the installation is completed.

Post Installation

  • After installing, you must finish the steps listed in Configuration based on your business use case.
