- Do it yourself - We have extensive documentation on our support portal. It includes documentation on installation, setting up automations & data migration (Adapting your existing Salesforce data & files to work with CloudFiles). You can follow the articles on the portal to set up everything by yourself. Except installation, the automations & data migration are advanced topics and would require familiarity with Salesforce flow builder
- Book calls with our team - Your first session is a 45-minute onboarding call, which you can book using the link meet.cloudfiles.io/salesforce. On each call, you would be sharing your screen and one of our solution engineers will work with you to set everything up. After that, the team holds as many further live sessions as it takes to finish the implementation to your expectations. There is no additional cost for any of these sessions. They are provided free of cost on all paid plans.
- Provide us access to your Salesforce account - This is generally the quickest option, and the easiest for you. You can provide CloudFiles team a temporary access to your Salesforce sandbox or production account, along with your use case. Our team sets up everything for you. There is no additional cost for this support option. It is provided free of cost on all paid plans.
Support is included with every paid plan at no extra charge, including help with Flow, Apex and the API. There is no separately priced support tier.
