How to give CloudFiles Support the access to your Salesforce account

Sometime you may want to give CloudFiles team the access to your Salesforce account for setup or troubleshooting an issue.

We take user privacy and compliances very seriously. When you provide us the access to your Salesforce account, we do not interact with your data. Our access is governed by various policies and compliances. You can learn more about it on our trust center - trust.cloudfiles.io

Please follow the instructions below to give us the access to your Salesforce account -

  • Open user settings by clicking on your profile icon in top right

  • Click on "Grant Account Login Access" in left sidebar

  • Click on the dropdown next to "CloudFiles Support", and select the duration of access. Please confirm with CloudFiles team on the duration. The support response time depends on your CloudFiles plan
