1 - Setup
Install the CloudFiles add-in for Microsoft Word and connect Salesforce with CloudFiles and Microsoft Word to enable data integration and document generation.

2 - Template Creation
Create templates by selecting a Salesforce object & inserting fields, pictures, tables, conditions etc. This defines the content & structure of your documents.

3 - Preview
Preview the template with a specific record to ensure it generates the desired output, verifying accuracy and formatting.

4 - Publish
