1 - Setup
Install the CloudFiles add-in for Microsoft Word and connect Salesforce with CloudFiles and Microsoft Word to enable data integration and document generation
2 - Template Creation
Create templates by selecting a Salesforce object & inserting fields, pictures, tablesconditions etc. This defines the content & structure of your documents.
3 - Preview
Preview the template with a specific record to ensure it generates the desired output, verifying accuracy and formatting
4 - Publish
Publish the template to make it available in your Salesforce Org for document generation
5 - Doc Generation
Use the CloudFiles Doc-Gen LWC for manual document generation or automate the process with Flow actions
