FileUpload is the output that Platform Events and the Platform Events Apex Handler return for the file-uploaded platform event type. Resolve it from an event via Client.getEventDetails().

Parameter		Description
`Id` String		CloudFiles resource id of the uploaded file.
`DriveId` String		Id of the drive the file was uploaded to.
`Library` String		Storage library the file belongs to.
`RecordId` String		Salesforce record id associated with the upload.
`UserId` String		Salesforce user id that performed the upload.
`Name` String		File name of the uploaded file.
`ParentFolderId` String		Id of the folder the file was uploaded into.
