Thumbnails not working in LWC

this usually happens because certain urls (which are used to fetch thumbnails) are not added in the trusted urls to resolve this issue, follow the steps go to setup > trusted urls create a new trusted url add https // svc ms https // svc ms in url make sure img src checkbox is selected once this is added, your thumbnails should start working correctly see image below for reference
