Rename File

POST /v1/files/:fileId/rename

Rename an existing file without changing its location. Use this API when you want to update the display name of a file while keeping the same file ID, folder, and library context.

Path parameters

Parameter		Description
`fileId` any	required	File Id

Query parameters

Parameter		Description
`library` string	optional	One of sharepoint, msteams, google, onedrive, box, dropbox, cloudfiles, s3, azure, hubspot, azurefiles, sftp
`driveId` string	optional	Drive Id. Required when library is sharepoint or msteams.

Header parameters

Parameter		Description
`Authorization` string	optional	Replace the API_Key placeholder with your actual API key.
