Attachments not visible in the CloudFiles widget despite having an active license

If you cannot see the file or folder attachments linked to the CloudFiles widget despite having an active license, try the following steps.

- Go to the CloudFiles Webapp.
- Click on the Libraries tab.
- From the left-hand menu, select the storage library you are using.
- Log out and log back in.
- Refresh your HubSpot record—you should now be able to see the attachments.
Follow the steps shown in the GIF below for a better understanding.

If the issue persists, follow these steps:
- Go to the CloudFiles Webapp.
- Click on Settings (top right corner).
- Select the Integrations tab on the left-hand side.
- Under CRM, disconnect and reconnect HubSpot.
- Under Cloud Library, select your storage platform.
- Disconnect and reconnect your cloud storage platform.
