Refresh Your Cloud Storage Connection

  1. Go to the CloudFiles For HubSpot App.
  2. Click on the Libraries tab from the left-hand side.
  3. From the drop-down, select the storage library you are using.
  4. Log out and log back in.
  5. Refresh your HubSpot record and now you should be able to see the attachments.

Reconnect your HubSpot and Cloud Storage Integration

If the issue persists, follow these steps:

  1. Open the CloudFiles for HubSpot app.
  2. Go to the Document Management tab, then click Integrations in the left sidebar.
  3. In the Integration User section, disconnect and reconnect your cloud storage platform.
  4. Now, click Settings (top right corner), then select Account.
  5. Under HubSpot Integration, reconnect your HubSpot account.
