the issue you're seeing βconnect your google driveβ in the cloudfiles connected folder widget, even though youβve connected a sharepoint folder to your hubspot record this can also occur with other storages e g you might have connected a google drive folder and yet might be seeing the "connect your sharepoint" prompt in the widget a more generic form of this error is i am seeing the "connect your storage 1 " message on the record when i have already logged in to storage 2 and associated a folder to the record why this happens? this happens because even if you logout from a previously connected storage, cloudfiles still remembers your previous file / folder associations with the records, unless you explicitly disassociate them here is a possible sequence of events you might have followed that can cause the issue to surface you connect google drive folder to a record at some point before, you might have logged in to google drive through the cloudfiles interface and associated a google drive file or folder to this record you connect a sharepoint folder to the same record after some time, you decide to log in to sharepoint as well (since cloudfiles support multiple storage), and connect a sharepoint folder to the record now, you have two folders connected to the record one from google drive and another from sharepoint you log out of google drive after more experimentation, you decide that the company users are going to use sharepoint, and so you decide to log out of google drive from the cloudfiles interface at this point, while you still have 2 folders from different storages connected to the record, you are logged in to only one of those storages cloudfiles shows this error note that in the above step, you only logged out of google drive you never disconnected the google drive folder the app does not automatically disconnect your old attachments if you log out it still remembers the connection, but since your user does not have access to google drive anymore, it asks you to connect it that's why the app shows the "connect your google drive" message this is not a bug itβs just how the app handles multi cloud connections check the steps below on how to fix this properly how to fix it? to remove the βconnect your google driveβ message, you need re login to google drive, and explicitly disassociate the folders you had connected previously follow the steps below reconnect your google drive account go to the cloudfiles web app, navigate to the libraries section and from the left hand side, reconnect your google drive disconnect the previously connected google drive folder go back to the hubspot record where you were seeing this error and remove all previously added google drive files or folders log out from google drive again, in the libraries tab in cloudfiles webapp, disconnect (log out) from google drive after following these steps, you should only see the correct folder from the right storage on the record if youβre still seeing the message after doing this, contact our support team (support\@cloudfiles io) and weβll help you out
