Introduction

CloudFiles Document Generation supports a wide range of HubSpot field types, allowing you to insert CRM data into your Microsoft Office templates with ease.

This article outlines the HubSpot field types that can be used as placeholders while building document templates.

Text Input Fields

The following text-based HubSpot fields are supported:

  • Single-line text
  • Multi-line text
  • Phone number
  • Date and time picker

These fields are commonly used for names, descriptions, contact details and timestamped values.

Option Selection Fields

CloudFiles supports HubSpot fields that allow users to select one or more predefined values:

  • Single checkbox
  • Multiple checkboxes
  • Dropdown select

These fields are typically used for statuses, categories, preferences, and configurable options.

Value Fields

The following value-based field types are supported:

  • Number

Number fields are commonly used for quantities, scores, counts, and other numeric values.
