the document sharing usage view provides visibility into how sharing activity consumes credits and storage, and how documents are accessed and engaged with it combines usage tracking with engagement related metrics to help monitor document sharing behaviour accessing document sharing usage to access the document sharing usage view open the cloudfiles app in hubspot select document sharing from the top navigation bar from the left sidebar, click usage sections available in the usage view the usage view is divided into multiple sections that provide insight into billing usage, storage consumption, feature activity, and historical trends related to document sharing usage summary card the usage summary card provides an overview of credit usage for the current billing cycle it displays the billing cycle date range, total credits consumed so far, remaining credits, and the number of days left before the cycle resets this section helps monitor how sharing activity impacts available credits storage usage card the storage usage card shows how cloudfiles storage is being utilised it displays the total storage available under your plan, the amount of storage currently used, and the remaining available storage this section helps track storage consumption as files and datarooms are created and shared feature usage metrics the feature usage metrics section provides a summary of key sharing and engagement activity it shows the total number of links created , the number of datarooms created , aggregate document views across shared content, and the number of email interactions tracked these metrics provide a high level view of document sharing and engagement historical usage analysis the historical usage analysis section visualises document sharing usage over time you can select predefined time ranges such as last year or last 180 days , or use a custom date range for targeted analysis usage data can be displayed using bar or line graphs to understand trends and fluctuations in sharing activity filters filters allow you to refine the historical usage data usage can be grouped by interval, including daily, weekly, or monthly views actions can also be filtered to focus on specific sharing operations, such as create attachment or create link these filters help isolate specific sharing behaviours breakdown by flow action the breakdown by flow action section shows how sharing related automation credits are consumed across individual actions it displays total credits consumed per action and the relative contribution of each action to overall usage this helps identify which sharing workflows drive the highest credit consumption
