Introduction

Data Orchestration section explains how data is accessed from HubSpot, organized within templates, and applied to generate dynamic documents. This section provides an end-to-end view of how HubSpot data flows through CloudFiles—from selection to structure to final output.

This section is divided into 3 key sub-sections -

  1. HubSpot Data Access focuses on what data CloudFiles can retrieve from HubSpot. It explains which standard and custom objects are supported, how Master Objects are selected, and which HubSpot field types can be used while building document templates.
  2. Template-Resources explains how HubSpot data is prepared for use inside templates using Resources. It covers creating record-based and collection-based resources, defining Runtime Variables and e-signature recipients.
  3. Template Actions covers how prepared data is applied within templates using actions available in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It explains how to insert fields, tables and dynamic content, enabling structured and accurate documents to be created.
