Introduction

This section explains how to generate documents within HubSpot using CloudFiles. Once templates are designed and published using CloudFiles interfaces, documents can be generated directly from HubSpot records using live record data.

This section is divided into 2 articles:

  1. Manual Document Generation- In this article, you’ll learn how to manually generate documents from HubSpot record pages using the Doc-Generation widget and how generated files are downloaded for immediate use
  2. Automate Document Generation using HubSpot Workflows- This article explains how to automatically generate documents using HubSpot workflows. By using the Generate Document workflow action, documents can be created automatically based on workflow triggers or conditions.
