Steps to Create a Custom Object in HubSpot

1 - Create a Private App in HubSpot:

  1. Go to Settings in HubSpot.
  2. Navigate to Integrations under Account Management.
  3. Select Private Apps and click Create.
  4. Give any name to the app.

2 - Set Scopes for the Private App:

  1. Go to the Scopes section in the top navigation.
  2. Add a new scope. Use crm.schemas.custom for custom object creation.
  3. Enable both write and read permissions.
  4. Click on Update.

3 - Create and Configure the App:

  1. Click Create App in the top-right corner.
  2. Once the app is created, click on Show Token to generate an access token.
  3. Copy the access token for API usage.

4 - Share the Token for API Usage:

  1. Copy the access token and You can email the token to us at [email protected]
  2. We will use the token to push the custom object schema from our end.
