I am unable to reconnect the Integration User
what is the issue? in some cases, administrators may see a “connection expired” warning in document management → libraries → sharepoint and attempt to reconnect the integration user when clicking reconnect, one of the following behaviors may occur the microsoft authentication popup does not open at all, or the popup opens briefly and then immediately closes, returning the user to the same page therby, even after clicking reconnect , the integration user remains disconnected and the warning persists as a result, automation actions that rely on the sharepoint integration continue to fail why does it happen? this issue is typically caused by cached microsoft authentication sessions in the browser if a previously authenticated microsoft account is stored in the browser cache, the oauth flow may silently reuse that session and immediately redirect back to cloudfiles without completing a fresh consent or token exchange as a result, cloudfiles does not receive updated authentication details, even though the microsoft login page briefly appears this behavior is controlled by microsoft’s authentication flow and is not related to cloudfiles licenses or permissions how to fix this issue? to force a clean authentication flow and successfully reconnect the integration user, perform the reconnection using any one of the following approaches open the page in an incognito/private browsing window , or use a different browser , or clear your browser cache and cookies , then retry using any of these approaches, you should be able to complete the microsoft login and consent flow when prompted, and reconnect the integration user successfully
