overview cloudfiles document ai supports multiple ai agents with differing capabilities, making them suitable for a wide range of tasks we broadly classify them into three types— query , direct‑query , and split —with the following versions based on capabilities query cloudfiles‑searis‑v1, cloudfiles‑searis‑v2, cloudfiles‑searis‑aux‑v1 directquery cloudfiles‑revia‑v1 split cloudfiles‑divira‑v1 to know more about these agents and when to use which agent, please refer to the about the agents article default configuration the following agents are configured by default at the account level currently query cloudfiles searis v1 directquery cloudfiles revia v1 split cloudfiles divira v1 however, you can override these defaults at the account level how to change the default agent ? to use override a default cloudfiles agent navigate to the cloudfiles app click on the document ai tab click on settings on the left hand side menu select your preferred agents from the dropdown menus auto assign licenses when enabled, this setting automatically assigns a cloudfiles license to the most recent salesforce user who accesses any cloudfiles component (such as the widget or content library), provided the user already has a relevant cloudfiles permission set if the toggle is off, such users will still appear in the user management list but with an inactive (unassigned) license status users without any cloudfiles permission set will not be added as cloudfiles users at all, even if they access the widget or content library for details on assigning permission sets to users, see the user permissions guide
