this action enables you to insert a picture from a url field, which can dynamically retrieve urls from linked records or store a fixed url in a runtime variable follow the steps below to insert a picture inserting an image using a url select "insert picture" from the select action drop down menu, choose insert picture choose the url source in the url drop down menu, select the field that contains the public url of the image this field can dynamically insert images based on urls retrieved from record fields or other variable resources insert the image click insert to place the image at the cursor’s location in the required area adjust the image resize or reposition the image as needed apply formatting options like adding a border for a polished appearance
