Document Mapper Setup
In this article, we describe how Document Mapper uses a configuration-driven, AI-powered approach to extract data from uploaded documents (such as invoices, purchase orders, agreements, and onboarding forms) and map it into Salesforce record operations. CloudFiles Datasets allow you to combine multiple documents and Salesforce record data into a single AI-ready collection for analysis. Instead of querying documents individually, you can run natural language prompts across the entire dataset to compare documents, summarize information, and uncover insights from related files such as contracts, quotes, binders, and reports.
