User Management in CloudFiles ensures that users have the right access, licenses, and permissions to create templates and generate documents within Salesforce.

It covers two key areas:

Defines the specific actions a user can perform, such as creating templates and generating documents. Administrators can customize these permissions to control access levels based on user roles.

Controls the activation and assignment of licenses to Salesforce users. It ensures that only authorized users can access CloudFiles features based on their assigned licenses.
